Michael Tabler has been licensed since 1994. He worked as a producing agent in his father’s insurance agency in Columbus Grove for 4 years prior to moving to Findlay and starting his own agency. Michael’s wife (Amy) and three children (Jaden, Breanna, and Adelyn) reside in Van Buren.

He enjoys cheering on his kids in their sports, playing hockey, and spending time at the lake with his family.

Susan Fleck started at Tabler Insurance in February 2019. She came to us with prior office skills and customer service experience. Susan is always eager and happy to service our clients with whatever their needs may be.

Outside of the Office she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, tending to her garden and just enjoying her backyard.

Melissa Frater started her insurance career in February 2024. She grew up in Mt. Blanchard and graduated from Riverdale High School. She continued her education at Columbus State Community College with a Business Management degree.

Melissa has been with her husband Marty since 2008 and has 2 sons. She enjoys golfing, traveling, and sitting around a campfire with friends and family.

Mychelle Dukes has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in home and auto insurance. She previously owned Dukes Insurance Services and worked for Kagy Insurance Services for many years.

She has four wonderful children and spends weekends at sporting events and horse shows. Mychelle also volunteers as the advisor for the Liberty-Benton High School Support Our Soldiers group.

Her favorite verse is Isaiah 41:10 –“Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

Stephanie DeCooman began her insurance career in 2023, bringing with her a strong background in managing business accounts. She is passionate about helping both families and businesses feel confident and properly protected.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys time with her husband, Nate, and their three children – Ava, Cohen and Logan. You can usually find them at a sporting event or watching their daughter show her dairy feeders.
